Welcome to Debuz Company Limited (“Debuz”). By accessing or using our website or services, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree with these Terms, please refrain from using our services.

1. Scope of Services Debuz provides game development, software customization services, and platform services to business clients (“Services”). These Services are provided on a business-to-business (B2B) basis and are subject to these Terms.

2. Use of Services

2.1. You agree to use our Services solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

2.2. You represent and warrant that you have the authority to engage our Services on behalf of your business or organization.

3. Intellectual Property

3.1. All intellectual property rights related to the Services, including but not limited to software, designs, and content, are owned or licensed by Debuz.

3.2. You retain ownership of any data or materials you provide to Debuz in connection with the Services.

4. Confidentiality

4.1. Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information disclosed during the course of providing Services, except as required by law.

4.2. This obligation survives the termination of these Terms.

5. Payment and Fees

5.1. Fees for the Services will be agreed upon in a separate contract or invoice.

5.2. Payment terms, including due dates and methods, will be outlined in the agreement.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1. Debuz will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Services.

6.2. Our liability is limited to the amount you have paid for the Services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Termination

7.1. Either party may terminate the engagement upon written notice.

7.2. Upon termination, you agree to pay any outstanding fees for Services rendered up to the termination date.

8. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms will be resolved through amicable negotiation or in the courts of Thailand.

9. Amendments Debuz reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
